Expertise within a number of service delivery models and in conducting: in-home activities of daily living assessments and attendant care (Form 1) assessments; Insurer’s Examinations; hospital discharge assessments and discharge planning; crisis intervention, administration, scoring and interpretation of functional cognitive assessments; home modification/ accessibility, home safety and mobility assessments; functional abilities evaluations; job analyses; and ergonomic assessments in a variety of settings, ranging from office to industrial workplace environments. Knowledge and experience in the area of mental health, including certifications in treatment modalities, namely Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Psycho-education, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Extensive training and experience in mindfulness skills and meditation, interpersonal effectiveness skills training, emotional regulation skills, stress management, wellness and life skills training. Skilled in developing, implementing and measuring the efficacy of group wellness programs in the above subject areas.
