KIDS Community Health Services – Knowledgeable Innovative Dependable Supportive Provide rehabilitation case management services for non-cat files and school integration services for children, adolescents, and young adults. Extensive experience with individuals who have sustained a brain injury, working with schools & school boards. I have developed a good understanding about the barriers to success at school, at home, in the community, and in the workplace and what is realistically available to individuals with special needs within the school and health care systems. I address all aspects of a client’s functioning to promote their optimal recovery; cognitive, physical, psychological, social, and behavioural. As a result of my knowledge and experience I am able to provide both case management and school integration services simultaneously which significantly reduced costs.
