Lawlor Therapy Support Services was established in 1998 by Laura Gridel and Angela Cunningham. We currently have a team of over 60 rehabilitation support workers servicing the Greater Toronto area, Hamilton – Oakville – Burlington, Kitchener – Waterloo and area, London, Barrie, Kincardine, Norh Bay, Peterborough, and the Niagara area. Lawlor THERAPY SUPPORT SERVICES Inc. compliments services provided by an interdisciplinary team. We work with other rehabilitation providers, community agencies and, hospital personnel. Rehabilitation Support Workers work under the direction of Regulated Health Care Professional to assist clients to resume their optimal level of functioning. Lawlor is known for exceptional documentation skills, professionalism, well trained staff that work within their scope of practice, client centered philosophy, and being true team players. Lawlor’s core values are to treat everyone you work with the way in which you would like to be treated and that is with dignity, respect, and fairness. Lawlor focusses strictly on rehabilitation support services and is always striving to improve services. Lawlor employees attend regular in house training that includes Safe Management, First Aid/ CPR, Documentation Skills, Professional Boundaries, Community Safety, and other skills related training throughout the year.
