I am the Intake Coordinator at Lawlor Therapy Support Services Inc. I have worked at Lawlor for 10 years, the last 6 years as Intake Coordinator. I am the initial point of contact for referral sources. I gather pertinent clinical and demographic data and perform an in-depth intake assessment to determine services/resources needed. I also complete and maintain treatment plans.
