Lynn Pollock is a Registered Nurse, a Canadian Certified Life Care Planner and a Case Manager. Lynn is also a Registered Rehabilitation Professional with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada. Lynn’s practice includes 20 years of full time Case Management experience working with individuals of all ages with acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputations, multiple trauma injury, psychological impairments in conjunction with other injuries, and other complex injuries. Prior to her career as a Case Manager, Lynn worked as a nurse at St. Mary's General Hospital in Kitchener. As well, she has worked in the non-profit sector, and also worked as a Supervisor in the Disability Department of a large life insurance company. At Rehab First Lynn assists her clients with discharge planning, services coordination, support and encouragement and reintegration into their family, community and vocational lives. She is based in Kitchener, Ontario but provides service in the following locations; Kitchener/Waterloo, London, Tillsonburg, Owen Sound, Orangeville, Mississauga and west Toronto. Lynn also covers Hamilton and Niagara Falls.
