Joanna completed both her Kinesiology and Physiotherapy degrees at McMaster University, has completed the Manual Therapy Level II courses with the Orthopedic Division of Canadian Physiotherapists Association, and is certified in acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. Other courses completed include Myofascial Release I and II, as well as Myofascial unwinding with John Barnes. Joanna treats from a holistic approach that focuses on both mechanical and fascial restrictions that result in many of our common pain syndromes.
