Donna-Lee Zmenak is a Speech and Language Pathologist who has worked for over 20 years in the field of Brain Injury Rehabilitation. Donna received her Masters of Science Degree in 1988 having earned an academic scholarship at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. In 2000, Donna was selected as an “Expert” in Brain Injury by her peers and was part of the committee responsible for writing preferred practice guidelines in Acquired Brain Injury for the College of Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario. Donna has spent many years independently studying alternative forms of healing. Donna has been a Designated Assessor for over 10 years and maintains a focus in the area of Cognitive Communication Assessment of Post Concussion Syndrome and Mild Acquired Brain Injury. Donna brings to the rehabilitation field a unique and self empowered approach on the journey to recovery from ABI.
