Lorraine is a graduate of Queen’s University’s Physiotherapy Program, and Bachelor of Arts (Biology). She began her focus in neurology at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute – Lyndhurst Centre, and moved into private practice in 2001. Lorraine has since worked in a variety of settings, and has developed her expertise working primarily with clients with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and strokes. In 2003, Lorraine opened Balance Physiotherapy with fellow physiotherapist David Frake, and expanded the practice with a second Etobicoke location in 2011.
Lorraine complements her practice with acupuncture, seating and mobility assessments, and is a mobility aids authorizer with the Assistive Devices Program (ADP).
