My background includes extensive experience conducting case management and occupational therapy assessments and interventions in hospital and community settings for persons of various ages and injuries/conditions. I have specific experience working with individuals experiencing muscoskeletal, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, emotional and cogntivie disorders. I have experience in the preparation of future care need and costs analysis. I have worked in the auto sector since 1996 with assessments and interventions focusing on the individual’s current level of functioning within the home and community setting, including attendant care assessments, worksite assessments and providing recommendations and interventions to further their independence in these areas.
