I have been involved in assessment and treatment of cognitive, physical, and functional abilities/limitations; community-based and in-home functional/attendant care assessments; ergonomic assessments; physical demands analysis; and co-ordination of hospital discharge related to motor vehicle accidents since 2002. I graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Clinical Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 1999. My vocational experience includes in-patient psychiatry, in-patient medicine and neurology/neurosurgical wards; in-patient acute and rehabilitation stroke unit; community-based care for the Community Care Access Centre; and WSIB and disability work. I have successfully completed the Neurorehabilitation: Assisting Recovery & Function in Everyday Life Following Brain Injury — Level One Certificate Training Program Brock University. I am a Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing and I am a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.
