Lesya Dyk O.T. Services Inc. was founded in 1998 and soon the nickname L-Dot stuck. LDOT services was founded to provide service to the Auto Insurance Industry. Our reputation for excellence in OT practice, report writing and being culturally sensitive allowed us to quickly expand the practice. In 2015 LDOT Services Inc. purchased the assets of Maximum Independence Inc., and the practice grew again.

Today, we include Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy assistants, Vocational Specialists and Functional Capacity Assessors, and a Management Team that are here to help.
