I am a duly qualified Registered Physiotherapist, licensed to practice physiotherapy by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO). My registration number is 12461 and I maintain good standing. I have obtained a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education with an Honours degree in Kinesiology (first class standing) as well as a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. I am a member of the Ontario and Canadian Physiotherapy Association and the Certified Personal Trainers Network of Ontario. Prior to becoming the Clinic Owner and Director of Health Care Services at The Niagara Orthopaedic Institute (NOI), I was the Manager of Clinical Services at the Canadian Back Institute (CBI). My clinical areas of special interest and practice include: general orthopaedic physiotherapy management, athletic injury rehabilitation, multi-system trauma, and advanced spinal care. Currently as a published author of peer reviewed journal articles, I am involved in multi-centre research studies aimed at tracking pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation outcomes following knee arthroscopy and rotator cuff repair.
