Working in the auto insurance sector since 1993 providing O.T. assessments and interventions in-home, on the job site and in the community as well as case management. As a certified life care planner, I create and critique life care plans. Additional services include independent examinations, file reviews, medical-legal opinions, and expert testimony. Have also provided training to adjusters on rehab issues. For 5+ yrs. (2007-13) was a medical member on the CPP Disability Appeals Review Tribunal through the Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals in Ottawa. Since Feb. 2010 have also provided mental health O.T. and clinical care management services to veterans through Veterans Affairs.
