I have 38 years experience in doing psychotherapy as a Social Worker. I have running a private practice for 12 years. I work with a wide variety of clients who are experiencing trauma as a result of a critical incident. Also, I work with clients who have anxiety, grief, and depression. I utilize a variety of psychotherapy approaches depending on what is best for the client; some are looking at causal factors for a problem, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and seeing other people with the client who may be impacted such as a spouse or family member(s).
