Profile

I have been a registered Speech Language Pathologist since 1993. I hold a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario (1991) and a M.Sc. from McGill University (1993). I am a duly qualified Speech Language Pathologist registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). I am also a member in good standing with the Ontario Speech Language Pathology Association (OSLA) and the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). I have over 20 years of experience working with ABI clients in the acute, rehabilitation and home setting. I have completed several post-graduate courses in Cognitive-Communication Disorders. My current practice is based on assessing and treating individuals who have suffered both catastrophic and non-catastrophic injuries, including acquired brain injuries, and cognitive communication difficulties as a result of motor vehicle accidents or other mechanisms. I continue to participate in professional development through continuing education.
