Dr. Lillie attended the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Kinesiology. He then attended New York Chiropractic College, where he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic and Masters of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition degrees with honors distinctions and served as his class valedictorian. Dr. Lillie is certified as an Active Release Techniques credentialed provider as well as a certified Graston Technique provider. These methods are extremely valuable in the treatment of muscle, tendon and ligament injuries. They are effective in the management of traumatic injuries, athletic injuries, repetitive strain injuries and chronic postural issues. Additionally, Dr. Lillie is certified in kinesiology taping methods and Spidertech taping, both of which can be very effective in accelerating injury rehabilitation. As a complement to his background in nutrition, Dr. Lillie is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He believes that nutrition and exercise along with chiropractic care are the cornerstones of rehabilitation and recovery from injury. Dr. Lillie takes a functional rehabilitative approach to care and encourages patients to take control of their injuries and be actively involved in their own recovery. Dr. Lillie is an associate at High St. Chiropractic, which is a multidisciplinary clinic with two Chiropractors, two Registered Massage Therapists and a Chiropodist.
