Nicole Galeotalanza is a Canadian Certified Life Care Planner, Registered Kinesiologist, and experienced Case Manager with more than 20 years of experience in rehabilitation and disability management. She graduated from Concordia University in Montreal in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Therapy and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals who have sustained traumatic and catastrophic injuries.

As the Director of Operations at Tri-Star Health Management Group Inc., Nicole maintains an active case management practice, providing comprehensive rehabilitation coordination and life care planning services for children and adults with complex injuries and medical conditions. Her areas of expertise include Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Amputation, Chronic Pain, Orthopaedic Trauma, Psychiatric Disorders, and other catastrophic impairments. She also has extensive experience supporting clients with complex medical needs requiring coordinated interdisciplinary care and service navigation.

She is a member of the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, the Ontario Kinesiology Association, and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
