I have a diploma as a Developmental Service Worker. I currently work as a Rehabilitation Assistant and run a Attendant Care Service. I have worked in the Health field for approximently 20 years. I worked in the Gananoque, Brockville, Kingston and Smith Falls area. I work well as a team leader and team member. I have worked under the guidence of a Case Manager, Physiotherapisty, Occupational Therapisty and Speech and Language Pathologist. I understand policy and procedures and the importance of confidentiality. I am able to work with all age groups and have a full understanding that all people are individuals and that each person has there own unique needs and desires.
