Julie Cohn is a speech-language pathologist registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). She is also certified by the Canadian Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (CASLPA), an internationally recognized organization whose accreditation indicates that Ms. Cohn has met the standard of knowledge set by SLPs across Canada. Ms. Cohn’s educational qualifications include a Master of Clinical Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Science from the University of British Columbia. Ms. Cohn’s scope of practice includes the assessment and treatment of speech, language, and swallowing dysfunctions and disorders in order to develop, maintain, rehabilitate, or augment communicative and swallowing functioning. Ms. Cohn also acts as a resource for clients and their families in order to promote awareness of communication strategies for the re-integration of individuals into their communities.
