I have been in practice since 1964. For the last 20 years my practice has focused on treating temporo mandibular disorders and orofacial pain. I have been the clinical director of a chronic pain facility limited to the treatment of treating chronic head, neck and facial pain. I am a Diplomte of the American Academy of Orofacial pain; a fellow of the American Academy of Pain Management and have completed a 2 year program in TMJ and Orofacial pain at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. I have provided my services to several medical chronic pain treatment facilities in Toronto. I have prepared hundreds of medical legal reports for both plaintifs and defence.
