Hazel Wood owns and operates Rehab Results Inc, a private health management company. Hazel is a compassionate occupational therapist; she listens carefully to understand how to best meet her clients needs. She provides assessment, treatment, case management and life care planning services. In 1979, Hazel graduated from McGill University with a BSc in occupational therapy. In 1999, she completed her MBA at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. She has worked in the hospital, community and insurance sectors. Hazel has done strategic consulting for a number of not-for-profit agencies and has raised more than $1.3MM in funds for various initiatives. She has served as the Executive Director for Bone and Joint Decade Canada and in September 2010 was awarded the honour of international Ambassador for the Bone and Joint Decade.
