Martha Binstock graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Science in Physiotherapy in 1983. She worked clinically for several years at Lyndhurst Hospital. In 1988 she worked as a consultant to Adapt-Able Design Inc. and provided home-based private physiotherapy treatment. With the introduction of the no-fault legislation in 1992 she co-founded the private case management company, Dynamic Rehabilitation Inc. Since 1999 Ms. Binstock has been providing case management and preparing Life Care Plans for the insurance/legal industry through her company Rehabilitation Planning Inc. She has been certified through the Commission on Health Care Certification as a Life Care Planner since 2002 developing plans for people with a variety of complex injuries. Her experience spans involvement with clients from injury onset, management of accidents benefits, preparation of Life Care Plans, attendance at court as an expert witness, preparation of Management Plans after settlement and long-term case management.
