Rehabilitation Associates (RAs)

Our Rehabilitation Associates work under the supervision of a Regulated Health Care Provider to deliver functional, community-based rehabilitation supports. Services include:

  • Cognitive and life-skills development
  • Community integration and structured routines
  • Behavioural and emotional regulation support
  • ADL/IADL assistance
  • Goal-oriented rehabilitation aligned with clinical plans

RAs use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that emphasizes predictability, collaboration, and consistent support.

Attendant Care / PSWs

Our Attendant Care staff and PSWs provide gentle, trauma-aware support with:

  • Activities of Daily Living (bathing, grooming, dressing)
  • Meal preparation and housekeeping
  • Mobility support and safety monitoring
  • Community participation
  • Emotional and practical day-to-day assistance

They focus on maintaining dignity, fostering independence, and supporting clients in their preferred environments.
