With 20+ years, I’ve walked alongside individuals navigating trauma and life’s challenges from an attachment and polyvagal lens. I work with youth, adults, and families facing relationship or parenting challenges, mental & emotional health, life transitions, chronic pain, and identity/self exploration.

My job isn’t to “fix” you (because you aren’t broken!) but to help you understand yourself more deeply, shift patterns, and move toward a life that fits you. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface with curiosity, compassion, and warmth (and a little humour) so you can start feeling more at home in your own life, and more connected with others.
