As a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, I utilize an integrative model to Psychotherapy which incorporates elements from a Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioural, and Humanistic approach.

Having successfully completed the Masters Degree of Educational Counselling with the University of Ottawa, I began to practice Psychotherapy in an educational setting with post-secondary students. I later expanded my area of practice to working in a medical rehabilitation clinic, providing Psychotherapeutic assessment and treatment services to individuals who have suffered mild to severe brain injuries.

Driven to continuously grow and expand my knowledge and expertise in the field of Psychotherapy, I have sought training to address a wide array of mental health concerns, including crisis intervention, grief and loss, trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder, as well as anxiety and depression. I continue to seek professional development opportunities to ensure that I can provide the best possible care for my patients.
